Hi, healers! I start my last classes of graduate school tomorrow, so today is dedicated to reading, meditating, stretching, a massage, a chat with my spiritual counselor, Lynn Walker, and reminding everyone to purchase Kris Carr's new book, Crazy Sexy Diet! All of my focus and energy is going back into healing right now when I'm not doing hospice or graduate work, so please forgive me if I have been "isolating" a bit. I need this time, and I need to conserve my energy. My future literally depends on it.
